The most satisfying part of planning any Adventure is to have it go as designed.  We put a lot of effort into seeing that each detail is carefully considered, from your air transportation, to your accommodations, to the gear that we use.  The remoteness of our region makes this preparation even more important.  Our guides and pilots will be considering the weather, forecasts, location, time of day, and availability of back-up aircraft, among many other factors.  Having you enjoy quality time in the outdoors is our goal, which means your safety will be our number one concern.  Guides will be equipped with at least the following items:

  • Handheld radios

  • Satellite telephones

  • Firearms

  • Bear spray

  • Survival gear

  • Bug protection

  • Food

  • Spare hats, gloves, etc.

  • Matches, lighters, etc.

The links to the left will provide you with more information about our area, and help you better prepare for your trip to Alaska.  Please look over the Packing Checklist before your trip to ensure that you bring the right stuff.
